1. General Information

- 2-Bedroom Apartment (max. 5 guests, 92 m²) – First floor

2. Booking & Check-In/Out
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Mandatory Check-Out
- Minimum Stay:
- 1-bedroom: 2 nights
- 2-bedroom: 3 nights
(Shorter stays are possible, but will be charged as minimum nights)
- Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 25 years old to check in.
- Advance Booking: Bookings are accepted until midnight on the day before arrival.
- Identification: A valid ID (passport or citizen card) is required for each guest upon check-in.
3. Payment & Security Deposit
- Security Deposit: €150 (in cash, paid upon arrival). Fully refunded at check-out if no damages are found.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Moderate Cancellation (14 Days):
- Cancel at least 14 days before check-in: full refund (minus any transfer fees).
- Cancel less than 14 days before check-in: no refund.
5. House Rules
- No smoking indoors (ashtray available outside).
- No pets allowed.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
- Only registered guests may stay.

7. Extras
Special Requests:
- Twin Bedding Option for 2 people – T1 Apartment only:
- For 2 people sleeping in separate beds in the T1 (the double bed and sofa bed), there is an extra charge of €11 per night.

- Early Bird Discount: 10% off for bookings made 150+ days in advance.
- Extended Stay Discount: 10% off on every night after the 7th night.
