Your reservation is validated with payment of 20% of the value of the stay with the immediate respective proof sending. In this way you have the accommodation, chosen by you, reserved for you.

Cancel your already validated reservation:

1) If you cancel up to 10 or more days  before Check-In you will be refunded the amount paid for validation of your reservation. When canceling, the expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

The return of the amount paid for 1) will be done by:

– PayPal

– Bank transfer

2) If you cancel between the 9th day before check-in and the day of check-in there will be no refund of the amount previously paid.

PAY THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY, after your booking validation:

The remaining debit amount (80% of the stay) must be paid according to:

1) 3 or more workdays prior to the check-in date, with the immediate sending of the respective proof:

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• It is a € 150.00 guarantee, payable in cash at Check-In, which will be returned in full at Check Out O.K, that is, no damage at the apartment.

NOT PRESENT AT CHECK-IN:

• There will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.

BABIES (LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD):

• Please contact us or make your Special Request for baby bed, free of charge.

PAYMENT FOR OTHER SERVICES:

• Partners Services have additional costs and can be paid at the time of booking or directly to the Partner.
• Other services that have additional costs are not included in accommodation costs.
