Refundable Damage Deposit

A security deposit of EUR150 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out ok.

Minimum time between booking and check-in: the booking can be made until midnight on the day before the day of arrival. Upon check-in, an identification document is requested from each guest. Mandatory check-out.

Booking Cancel

Minimum time, between the day of cancellation of the booking and the check-in day, to receive the amount you paid when you booked the flat: 14 days.
